 At Give Out Smiles, we are committed to honoring and supporting veterans through meaningful outreach programs and Veteran Appreciation Kits designed to provide comfort, dignity, encouragement, and practical support.

We believe our veterans deserve more than symbolic gestures or low-value giveaway items. Every item we provide is selected with purpose to offer usefulness, quality, and a reminder that their service and sacrifice are valued and appreciated.

Many veterans continue to face challenges related to PTSD, substance abuse, trauma recovery, homelessness, suicide prevention, and dual-diagnosis treatment. Our goal is not only to help meet immediate needs, but to ensure veterans feel respected, supported, and seen during some of life’s most difficult moments.

Through  Veteran Boots On The Ground (VBOTG), we offer outreach projects, and community service initiatives designed to help veterans rediscover purpose, connection, and healing through kindness, service to others, support for fellow veterans, and meaningful community outreach.

We believe helping others can become part of the healing process itself, creating connection, restoring purpose, and reminding veterans that their experiences, compassion, and presence still have the power to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
