Give Out Smiles Worldwide: Making a Difference

 The Suzy Smiles Coloring Book was created to inspire children to share kindness through the simple act of giving out smiles. This free resource is available to parents, teachers, and homeschooling families to encourage compassion, connection, and joy in everyday life.

You can download the PDF here to print and use for free at home or in the classroom. You can also scroll down to read the story and show the illustrations directly at no cost. For even more ideas, lesson plans, and activities, we welcome everyone—including homeschooling parents—to explore our GOS University in the menu.

We give you full permission to download and use any of the pages of this coloring book however you see fit in your classroom or home. We simply ask that you respect the copyright and give credit to Give Out Smiles.

We also invite you to be part of our global kindness movement by sharing your smiles on social media using the hashtag #GiveOutSmiles. By posting with this hashtag, you are giving us permission to repost your content on our official accounts (@GiveOutSmiles on all platforms) and to feature select submissions on our Smiles Wall. Please note that we are not responsible for the images you choose to post, and we will make the final decision about which images are shared.

In addition, we welcome submissions directly through our website. Individuals may send us their photos and stories, and each month our board will select the top entries that inspire kindness and giving out smiles the most. These featured entries will be highlighted on our website, while all submissions will be celebrated across our social media platforms.

Note to Parents and Teachers:

This book is about children having fun, spreading kindness, and experiencing the joy that comes from making others smile. Each page has its own short story so it can stand alone, making it easy for parents and teachers to share individual pages in classrooms or at home.

We’ve included six languages — English, Spanish, Thai, Tagalog, French and Vietnamese — because we want to bring the world together and create a sense of community worldwide. Smiles can transcend any language, and as we grow, we plan to expand into even more languages so that children everywhere can share in the joy.

Important reminder for parents and teachers: Please be mindful when posting or submitting content. We encourage avoiding clear photos of children’s faces whenever possible and instead focusing on their artwork, the act of giving, or the joy of the moment. If you include names, please use first names only (for example, “From Bobby to Mom” or “From Bobby to Suzy”). This helps us protect children’s privacy while still sharing the power of kindness.
